Logistics Part A6 at 462 Maskavas St., Riga, completed and put in commission at the end of 2021. Having invested more than 20 million euros, there is a logistics and warehouse complex created by building more than 30 000 m² of new warehouses.
In the course of construction of A6 Logistics Park, Pillar Capital engaged about 20 contractors, while in construction and other works there were about 180 people employed. The general contractor of the project was the group company Pillar Contractor, which also carried out design works for the logistics park.
On the land plot at Maskavas St. owned by Pillar Capital, there are currently several warehouse buildings, a part of which was built about 10 years ago. In order to fully use the potential of the property and the available land space, there was a logistics and warehouse complex created. After the completion of the construction works, the total area of the buildings exceeds 56 000 m², making the newly created logistics park one of the biggest within the borders of Riga.
In 18 months, there was one of the biggest and most modern logistics parks created in Riga. There were 30 000 m² of new leasable area built at 462 Maskavas St., while the total leasable area of A6 Logistics Park exceeds 56 000 m².
A6 is the first logistics park in Latvia that was designed and built in accordance with BREEAM standards, being now in process of obtaining BREEAM “very good” certificate level. A6 offers A-class warehouse premises, as well as A-class energy efficiency high quality office rooms.
