As we continue developing New Hanza territory, we have built two new streets here - Gustava Kluča Street and Roberta Hirša Street.

Along the new streets there are paved sidewalks with automated lighting that responds to the intensity of daylight, as well as 15 new trees planted. The streets have two lanes with parking on both sides of the street. Maximum allowed speed on both streets is 30 km\h, and speed control is ensured also by elevated intersection areas.

Given the speed limits and estimated initial intensity of traffic, new streets will be quite suitable also for bicycles. In development of New Hanza territory, we stay sustainable and rational, therefore the improvement of areas around the roads will be resumed along with the construction of the new buildings, which shall include also construction of cycling paths. Both streets are passing the new upcoming office center VERDE that is going to be built there, as well as already designed future Latvian Museum of Contemporary Art. The new streets include also utility lines: 420 meters of water supply lines, 2755 meters of power lines, 732 meters of heat supply lines and 967 meters of sewage and rainwater drainage lines.

The newly constructed streets are connected to each other and are connecting Skanstes Street with Mihaila Tāla Street built in 2018. New Hanza territory streets are being given names of famous Rigans, who made the world hear about Latvia through their work in the respective fields. Gustavs Klucis (1895–1938) was an artist most famous by its posters, one of the most popular artists of Latvian origin in the world, while Roberts Hiršs (1895–1972) was a talented entrepreneur who introduced production of natural and artificial silk in Latvia.
